Your mission

As a Business Developer, you’ll be the driving force behind Floorify’s growth in your region. You’ll build strong partnerships with premium flooring retailers, inspire them with our story, and make sure Floorify becomes their favorite brand to work with.

What you’ll do

• Develop Floorify’s retail network in the West Midlands & South West region – identifying, approaching, and onboarding the right partners.
• Inspire retailers and their teams with the Floorify story, products, and tools.
• Support partners with merchandising, local marketing, and in-store presentation.
• Monitor performance and customer satisfaction to continuously improve our go-to-market approach.
• Collaborate closely with our HQ team in Belgium to roll out campaigns, launches, and events.

Who you are

• You have a passion for design, interiors, and strong brands.

·        You are motivated to work remotely and gain energy from building strong relationships with customers and bringing new customers on board.

·        You’re a born networker with strong commercial instincts and a positive, hands-on attitude.

• You combine strategic thinking with a get-things-done mentality.
• You have experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in design, furniture, or flooring.

·        You have a Bachelor’s or Master's degree and speak and write fluently in English.

·        You love a challenge, you’re result-driven and are competitive by nature.

·        You preferably live between the Birmingham or Bristol Channel area and love being on the road (with occasional trips to Belgium).

·        You have affinity with digital communication

·        You are flexible to adapt to different roles within the business and take ownership over projects
