We are proudly 100% referral based. That means no mainstream lead-buying - just real relationships, built over time. You’ll be responsible for your own lead generation and client relationships, with the mindset that this is your own business - backed by a strong brand, a hands-on director, and the power of an experienced aggregator behind you.

Led by Founder and Director Chanel, Florentina is a hands-on business. Chanel is on the tools daily, offering support, guidance, and sharing her insights every step of the way.

This could be the right role if you:

• Have solid experience in asset finance, especially working with SME clients
• Already have a network, or are ready to build one through genuine connections
• Prefer to run your day your way - with flexibility and autonomy
• Are self-motivated and comfortable generating your own leads
• Still value being part of a collaborative, supportive team
• Hold a current Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking or a Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management
