Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative in the retail industry. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting. Responsibilities include engaging with potential customers, qualifying leads, and collaborating with the sales team to transition qualified opportunities. The Sales Development Representative will also be responsible for maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and contributing to the development of sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to effectively connect and engage with potential customers
- Experience in Sales and Business Development processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and maintain productivity
- Excellent organizational and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool proficiency
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset
- Prior experience in the retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
