Product Designer

We’re hiring a Freelance Product Designer (4-6 week project)

Frendr is a creator-first video platform for filmmakers, animators, and motion designers. We’ve been building the foundation of the product, and we’re now looking for a Product Designer to help continue shape our prototype.

Your role:

You will work closely with the founder to design the experience creators will use when they first join Frendr. This includes designing key flows, refining the visual language, and producing a clean, clickable Figma prototype that we can test with early users.

What you’ll work on:

• End-to-end UX for core creator flows

• Premium UI design for web

• A lightweight design system

• Clickable, high-fidelity prototype

• Collaboration with engineering and founder

• Fast iterations based on feedback

We’re looking for:

• A strong portfolio with real product case studies

• Excellent visual/UI craft

• Clear thinking and communication

• Comfort working independently

• Bonus: Experience with video platforms, creator tools or social media apps

This is a great opportunity for a designer who enjoys building early product foundations and wants to have meaningful impact without long-term commitment upfront. If things go well, this role may evolve into a longer-term partnership or full-time position here in Lisbon.
