From fritz&Muller, we are currently working with a global digital food platform, operating internationally and collaborating with food and beverage industry players across more than 30 countries.
We are looking for a junior, high-potential professional eager to grow in digital marketing, social media, and global digital platforms. This role offers hands-on exposure to international projects, mentorship, and the opportunity to progressively take on more responsibility.
The selected candidate will support two key initiatives:
- An established global digital platform focused on food and beverages.
- A new digital food media project being developed from scratch (0–1), including its social media presence, community growth, events, and early-stage monetization activities.
Location: Spain
Work mode: 100% remote
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the day-to-day operations of a global digital platform, including content moderation, basic user support, and coordination of updates under senior supervision.
- Assist in the execution of social media strategies for both the existing platform and the new digital project, including content scheduling, publishing, and community interaction across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
- Contribute to the launch and growth of the new digital food media project, helping define content ideas, tone of voice, and community engagement initiatives.
- Support the planning and execution of events and conferences (online, hybrid, or in-person), including logistics coordination, promotion, speaker communication, and on-the-day support.
- Assist with basic monetization initiatives, such as sponsored content coordination, affiliate links, partnerships support, and reporting on advertising performance.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (engagement, follower growth, content performance) using analytics tools and platform insights.
- Help gather insights through user feedback, interviews, surveys, and stakeholder input, and assist in transforming these insights into content or improvement proposals.
- Support community management, responding to comments and messages and helping foster an active, positive global community.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and regional teams to ensure content and social activities are aligned with overall objectives.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and digital best practices, sharing learnings with the team.
- Support budget tracking and administrative tasks related to social media, events, and campaigns.
- Follow internal guidelines and assist with compliance requirements (GDPR, advertising rules), with guidance from senior team members**.REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience (including internships or trainee roles) in social media, digital marketing, content creation, or online communities.
- Strong interest in social media, digital platforms, and international projects.
- Basic knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms (hands-on experience is a plus, not mandatory).
- Good organizational skills and willingness to learn project and event coordination.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in understanding performance metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
- Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment and collaborate across time zones.
- Strong motivation to grow, learn, and develop into a more senior role over time.
