Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Personal Assistant. The individual will be responsible for providing high-quality support to executives, managing calendars and appointments, responding to emails, coordinating schedules, and maintaining effective communication between different teams. Additional responsibilities include administrative tasks such as preparing reports, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the team or individual they support.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication and Diary Management skills
- Experience with Clerical tasks, including organizing documents and handling correspondence
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Tech-savviness with familiarity in office software tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
