Role Description

As an Evolve Builder, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying engaging e-learning content tailored to client needs. Your responsibilities will include working with diverse teams on interactive course creation, collaborating on design concepts, and ensuring projects meet high-quality standards. You will also manage the technical configuration and development of e-learning materials, including deploying these to client systems or Learning Management Systems (LMS). This is a freelance role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in e-learning development platforms such as Evolve, Storyline, and Adobe Captivate
• Strong multimedia skills, including media production, video editing, and interactive design
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and their integration functionalities
• Ability to manage tasks from initial concept and script consultation through to deployment
• Excellent project management and collaboration skills
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time
• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Design, Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience
