Outreach Specialist

We’re hiring a part-time Outreach Assistant (30-35h/week) to help with phone and email outreach to organizations. You’ll be given contact lists and scripts - your role is to connect, follow up, and keep records organized.

What you’ll do:

• Make outreach calls (script provided)
• Send follow-up emails
• Track responses in Google Sheets / CRM
• Report results daily

Requirements:

• Comfortable speaking on the phone (Romanian] + English)
• Clear communicator with strong writing skills
• Organized, consistent, and detail-oriented
• Previous experience in outreach, customer service, or sales support is a plus

Details:

• Part-time (30-35 hrs/week)
• Remote position
• Pay: 28 RON/hr in Romania
• Long-term role for the right candidate
