Gnomic is an early-stage UK software and AI company helping businesses with custom software, automation and AI-integrated systems. We are looking for a B2B sales and marketing contractor to help generate qualified leads, improve outreach and support early client acquisition.

This is a contractor opportunity, not a salaried employment role. It is suited to someone who can work independently, communicate clearly with business decision-makers and contribute to sales, outreach and practical marketing activity.

The work may include:

  • Finding and researching suitable UK businesses
  • Creating prospect lists
  • LinkedIn and email outreach
  • Following up inbound enquiries
  • Qualifying leads and helping book discovery calls
  • Supporting early sales conversations
  • Writing sales messages, follow-up emails and ad copy
  • Helping create ad concepts, graphics or campaign ideas
  • Supporting social media posting and content management
  • Tracking activity, responses and outcomes

Commercial arrangement:

The arrangement is expected to be mainly commission-based or performance-linked, with the final structure agreed after an initial discussion. Any fixed contractor payment, retainer or commission structure would depend on experience, responsibilities, expected time commitment and the type of support provided. This opportunity is therefore best suited to someone who is comfortable with a contractor arrangement where earnings are linked closely to qualified lead generation, sales activity and client acquisition.
