The Role

We are looking for a Remote Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. In this role, you will transform raw data into meaningful insights that inform business strategy, optimize performance, and drive decision-making across departments. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, ensuring that data is accessible, accurate, and actionable.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate trends and performance metrics.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations, finance) to provide actionable insights.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, concise recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support the development of predictive and prescriptive models to improve decision-making.
• Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements.
• Contribute to documentation and data governance practices to ensure consistency and compliance.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Solid skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Proficiency with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros).
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical findings for non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
