Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize business processes. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, evaluating data to support decision-making, and providing recommendations for improved performance and efficiency.

• Proven expertise in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis to identify solutions and support decision-making
• Strong proficiency in evaluating and refining Business Processes
• Experience in gathering and documenting Business Requirements
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using analytical and reporting tools is advantageous (e.g., Excel, data visualization tools)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in technology consulting or IT-driven projects is a plus
