Year Up United’s Career Pathways program is a one-year-or-less training and job placement pathway designed to help young adults launch meaningful careers in tech and business. The program combines hands-on technical training, professional skill building, personalized coaching, and access to internships through YUPRO Placement — with potential placements at companies like Amazon, Bank of America, Buzzfeed, and BEN Group.
Eligibility
You may qualify if you:
- Are a high school graduate or GED recipient
- Are eligible to work in the U.S.
- Are available Monday–Friday for the duration of the program
- Are motivated to learn and grow
- Have not yet obtained a bachelor’s degree
(Additional screening questions may be required.)
