The Role

• Analyze and respond to user inquiries regarding IT systems and applications.

• Assist with improving project efficiency and effectiveness by supporting project management tasks.

• Perform IT support functions including account access requests, application support, and troubleshooting.

• Escalate priority issues and consolidate daily requests for reporting.

• Collaborate with clients to understand and define IT requirements.

What You'll Need

• 1+ years of experience supporting the DoD in a professional environment.

• Experience using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Office Suite tools, including Teams.

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work cooperatively in a team.

• Strong organizational skills to manage information from various sources.

• Ability to pay strict attention to detail.

• A Secret clearance is required.
