Creative Strategist (DTC/eCom)

A performance-driven Health & Wellness DTC brand is hiring a full-time, remote Direct Response Creative Strategist to own the entire creative lifecycle, from ideation to launching high-performing ads, tightly aligned with media buying and measurable outcomes.

• Lead direct-response creative strategy focused on scalable customer acquisition
• Own the full creative pipeline: angles → concepts → production → iteration → launch
• Partner closely with media buyers to align creatives with targeting, funnels, and offers
• Evaluate and improve ad copy quality with strong hooks and conversion-focused messaging
• Apply AI-driven creative approaches (avatars, personas) to increase testing velocityMust-Haves

• Strong background in Direct Response Marketing
• Experience with 8–9 figure DTC brands
• Ability to own end-to-end creative process
• Hands-on experience with media buying collaboration
• Knowledge of AI creative workflows (avatars, personas)
• Strong copy judgment — knows what converts vs. what doesn’tNice to Have

• Experience with structured creative testing frameworks (rapid iteration, clear hypotheses)
• Collaboration with editors, designers, UGC creators
• Ability to analyze performance metrics (CPA, CTR, CVR, hook rate) and translate into actions
