About the Role

HumanKind OS is seeking a Full-Stack Developer who brings both technical depth and intellectual curiosity to a multidisciplinary environment. You will work directly with the founder to rebuild and evolve our prototype into a scalable, production-ready product that combines psychology, design, and artificial intelligence.

This is a high-autonomy role for someone who thinks beyond code — someone who understands systems, structure, and the science behind great products.

What You’ll Do

• Rebuild and refine the current app prototype using Next.js / React / TypeScript
• Architect and implement backend infrastructure (Node.js, databases, APIs, authentication)
• Integrate AI-driven logic and personalization features
• Collaborate on product direction, feature design, and technical architecture
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security across the stack

Who You Are

• Skilled in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Experienced with AI integration (OpenAI, LangChain, or similar)
• Strong grasp of data architecture, security, and scalable backend design
• Clear, structured thinker who values clean code and purposeful engineering
• Curious about human behavior, neuroscience, or the intersection of science and technology
• Honest, self-driven, and motivated by growth and challenge
