Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Strategic Finance Manager. In this role, you will oversee and analyze financial operations, develop budgeting and forecasting models, and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making. The Strategic Finance Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and assess business risks. Additional responsibilities include preparing financial reports, optimizing existing processes, and supporting company growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong skills in data analysis, risk assessment, and financial strategy development
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and experience with accounting software
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in management consulting, financial analysis, or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus)
• Proven ability to work independently and manage projects in a remote environment
