Position: Project Manager 

Reports to: Head of Technology 

Location: Remote/Amsterdam 

INHOPE is the leading global network combatting online child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Our network consists of 57 members in 52 countries that provide the public with a way to anonymously report illegal content online with a focus on CSAM. INHOPE's mission is to support and enhance the work of our member hotlines through technical tools, training & capacity building to work towards our vision of a digital world free of CSAM. 

As our Project Manager, you will support the coordination and implementation of key INHOPE initiatives, with a primary focus on the Stronger Together project, one of INHOPE’s key projects. In this role, you will help ensure that project activities run smoothly, deadlines are met, and partners remain well informed and engaged. 

This is a varied and hands-on role that combines project coordination, research support, and content development. Your work may include contributing to supporting the development of best practice papers, helping coordinate peer-to-peer exchange programmes and training activities between hotline members, and supporting the improvement of INHOPE’s online training modules. You will also assist in organising workshops, meetings, and other knowledge-sharing activities across the network.

Responsibilities 

  • This includes; monitoring project progress, budgets, timelines, deliverables and audits to support successful implementation from start to finish. 
  • Support the organisation and coordination of INHOPE events where necessary. 
  • Contribute to ensuring the continuity of projects, including supporting grant reapplications and preparation for external audits where required. 
  • Support stakeholder communication and collaboration with hotline members, European institutions, and external partners. 
  • Assisting in the delivery of two General Assembly meetings per year 
  • Organise and coordinate project-related activities such as online and in-person meetings, workshops, peer-to-peer exchange programmes, and training events. 
  • Support the maintenance and improvement of online training modules and other network learning resources. 
  • Own the preparation and delivery high-quality documentation, reports, financial information deliverables and audits for (European Union-funded) projects. 
  • Maintain and improve internal documentation systems, collaboration tools, and operational workflows. 
  • Provide proactive operational, administrative, and project coordination support within a small international team. 
  • Take full ownership of your projects.

Requirements 

  • A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree  
  • Fluent in English (Dutch and other languages would be a plus) 
  • You must have the legal right to live and work in the Netherlands and must be able to travel freely within the European Union without restriction as there may be a limited amount of travel required in this role. 

Desirable Experience/Attributes 

  • Independentreliable, and detail-oriented 
  • 1-3 years of work experience in a comparable work environment/role 
  • Experience within a NGO environment and or the subject matter

Practicalities 

  • Hours per week: 37.5  
  • Start date: 1 June/To be agreed upon
  • Salary range: €2,800 – €3,480 gross per month, depending on experience
