To support our growth, we are looking for a part-time executive administrator who enjoys structure and responsibility.

Your role
You support the daily operations of the business from an administrative and organizational perspective.
You work remotely, independently and in close collaboration with your client.
Key responsibilities
- Optimizing Cloud workspace (OneDrive)
- CRM management (Zoho)
- Supporting in business processes
- Preparation of documents for your client
- Planning and scheduling
- Employer branding support
- All-round administrative support
You have the opportunity and ownership to drive and implement meaningful optimizations.

- English speaker minimum level C1
- You handle confidential information and personal data with care
- You are a natural planner and love structure
- You have strong digital skills and learn tools quickly like MS Office OneDrive, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, (Zoho)CRM, LinkedIn, OneDrive, ChatGPT
- You can communicate confidently with C-level stakeholders
- You have a professional and representative presence
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment and provide valid documentation upon request.
