About the role
We're a profitable tech company selling digital services to small and medium-sized local businesses across Denmark. We've built an in-house system that does the heavy lifting of prospecting for you: every day you receive a short list of qualified local businesses, each with a concrete, personalized reason to talk to us — and a ready-made demonstration tailored to that business that does most of the convincing before you've said a word.
Your job is the part machines can't do: reach out, build trust in Danish, handle the conversation, and close.
What you'll do
- Work a curated daily queue of warm, pre-qualified local business leads — no cold list-building, no scraping, no guesswork
- Contact decision-makers by email and phone, in Denmark
- Present a personalized demonstration prepared for each prospect
- Run structured follow-ups (our system tells you who to contact and when — you bring the judgment and the personal touch)
- Book meetings, negotiate simple deals, and close
- Log your activity in our dashboard (lightweight — built for salespeople, not bureaucracy)
What we're looking for
- Native or fluent Danish, spoken and written; comfortable working English internally
- 1+ years of outbound sales, telesales, or SDR/closing experience — B2B toward small businesses is a big plus
- Comfortable on the phone with business owners: restaurants, salons, workshops, local services
- Self-managed and disciplined — this is remote work with clear daily targets and full visibility on results
- Hungry: compensation rewards performance
What we offer
- Fully remote (Denmark-based or Danish-speaking within EU time zones)
- A pipeline that hands you qualified opportunities daily — your time goes into selling, not searching
- Performance-based compensation with uncapped commission (details discussed in interview)
- An initial 3-month period with clear targets, and real growth potential for the person who delivers
