🧠 What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales/business development – ideally in B2B, retail, wellness, pharma etc...
• Strong experience in supplements is a big plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
• Passion for health, lifestyle products.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a big plus)

💼 Your Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach new distribution partners, retailers, and sales channels
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing
• Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships
• Develop and execute custom sales strategies across regions
• Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to maximize impact

Example: You generate EUR 100,000 in monthly revenue → You earn EUR 15.000 (paid out by the end of each month)
