Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to support the expansion of our EV charging and energy storage business in the UK market.
This is a client-facing role with significant field engagement, focused on identifying commercial opportunities, building relationships with partners and customers, and supporting the development of EV charging and energy infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop business opportunities for EV charging and energy storage projects across the UK
• Engage with potential clients including:
• automotive dealerships
• property management companies
• commercial real estate owners
• parking operators
• fleet operators
• Present solutions and coordinate commercial proposals with prospective partners
• Support negotiations and the commercial execution of project agreements
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to facilitate project implementation
• Maintain long-term client relationships and build a sustainable partner network
• Contribute to achieving company sales targets and business development KPIs

Candidate Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct business communication in both English and Mandarin (required due to collaboration with international partners)
• Experience in sales, business development, or the energy / EV sector is advantageous
• Familiarity with the UK market or existing industry connections is beneficial
• A valid UK driving licence is preferred
• Comfortable with a field-based role involving regular travel within the UK
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote working environment

Compensation & Career Development
• Salary range: £25,000 – £35,000 per year (depending on experience)
• Additional performance-based commission linked to project completion and sales
• Opportunities to work on large-scale EV and energy infrastructure projects across the UK and Europe
• For high-performing candidates, the company may consider visa sponsorship in line with business needs
