  • Monitoring and managing accounts receivable orders to ensure accurate processing and timely handling.
  • Reviewing, approving, or rejecting AR orders based on established policies and compliance standards.
  • Identifying and assessing potentially fraudulent transactions and escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Following up with clients via phone or email regarding order status, payment details, or required clarifications.
  • Providing accurate product information and resolving inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and internal procedures to ensure service excellence.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within AR processes and customer service workflows.

Requirements The ideal candidate combines financial accuracy with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Key qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in accounts receivable, order management, finance operations, or customer support roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or irregular transactions.
  • Experience handling customer communication via phone and email in a professional manner.
  • Ability to detect potential fraud risks and apply company policies effectively.
  • Good organizational and time management skills in a remote work environment.
  • High level of accountability, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving.
