- Manage calendars, meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-up actions to ensure efficient time and workflow organization for marketing leadership.
- Support documentation management, maintaining clear structures for files, processes, and internal records.
- Coordinate internal and cross-functional communication across marketing, operations, and external partners.
- Assist in marketing project tracking, ensuring updates, milestones, and progress are properly documented and shared.
- Support reporting activities by preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance summaries for leadership.
- Assist in communication with external partners, including outreach and coordination activities.
- Help establish and improve internal procedures and administrative workflows.
- Provide general operational and administrative support as needed by the marketing leadership team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or marketing support role preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain structured documentation.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable supporting cross-functional teams and communicating with external partners.
- Proactive mindset with willingness to take ownership of tasks and follow through.
- Interest in marketing operations and digital business environments is a plus.
