We are seeking a Junior Data Engineer to help design, build, and maintain data pipelines and systems that turn raw information into actionable insights. Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to process and transform large datasets efficiently
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to ensure data quality and accessibility
• Optimize SQL queries and database performance for scalable applications
• Assist in managing cloud-based data infrastructure and integrating with cloud services such as AWS or Azure
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure reliable and maintainable solutions
• Support deployment workflows, automation, and continuous integration processes
• Learn and adopt best practices in data engineering, architecture, and pipeline design

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field, or completion of a coding bootcamp
• Familiarity with SQL and relational or NoSQL databases
• Basic programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages
• Understanding of cloud services and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of data pipeline frameworks such as Apache Spark, Airflow, or Databricks is a plus
