In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that leverages a pioneering technology platform designed to manage legal portfolios and various data and documents for businesses. Your contributions will aid in risk assessment, informed decision-making, and strategic business management. This position allows for the integration of legal knowledge with technology, enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the organization's mission to provide innovative legal solutions. Accountabilities

  • Mediation with clients via email and phone.
  • Monitoring deadlines for protocols and agreement payments.
  • Data entry into spreadsheets and systems.
  • Generating reports for analysis.
  • Providing administrative support to legal teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Technical degree in Administration (completed or in progress) is a plus.
  • Studying law or a law degree without OAB (advantageous).
  • Desired previous experience in administrative routines and back-office support.
  • Familiarity with customer service and email writing.
  • Basic to intermediate English skills.
  • Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge (including filters, validation, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables).
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Word/Docs and PowerPoint/Slides.
  • Experience with cloud file management at a basic to intermediate level.
  • Organization and attention to detail, process-oriented.
