This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of high-impact advertising campaigns on one of the fastest-growing digital platforms. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling TikTok campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and brand growth. Accountabilities As a TikTok Advertising Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up, managing, and optimizing TikTok advertising campaigns, including TikTok Shop, ad sets, and creatives.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, and producing performance reports.
  • Testing new strategies, audience segments, and creative approaches to improve results and ROI.
  • Collaborating with creative teams to provide insights and recommendations based on campaign data.
  • Conducting market and competitor research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Supporting the launch, scaling, and optimization of new products and campaigns.
  • Managing additional campaign-related tasks to ensure consistent performance and continuous improvement.

Requirements The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and experienced in performance marketing:

  • Proven experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally on TikTok Ads.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, performance tracking, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience analyzing campaign data and translating insights into actionable improvements.
  • Familiarity with audience targeting, creative testing, and scaling strategies.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
