About the CompanyKalibrate-Ed is Australia’s leading strategic education advisory firm for parents. We go beyond traditional education models by giving families the strategic approach and insights they need to unlock extraordinary outcomes.

We recognise that today’s students need more than just marks; they need mindset, strategy, and adaptability. In a world where education is evolving faster than ever, we are passionate about helping families make informed, strategic choices that unlock a student’s learning potential. We empower students to think independently, manage setbacks and build the skillset needed to thrive not only in school, but beyond as well.

_We build capable humans, not just capable students._About the role:

  • Advise Year 7-12 parents on the best education strategy for their child, based on the latest evidence-based research.
  • Design strategic education roadmaps tailored to client outcomes and individualised student learning needs.
  • Implement roadmaps through a personalised blend of teaching, mentoring, and coaching to strategically manage each student’s growth trajectory.
  • Proactively report on key project milestones and each student’s measurable improvements in academic skills, results and mindset.
  • Maintain exceptional levels of strategic advisory methodology and client service.
  • This is a project-based contract role - you determine how much you wish to work. Lucrative remuneration based on a per student per month fee. Earnings vary based on project scope, duration and number of students. You decide!

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education or equivalent. Experience in psychology and coaching is highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Have demonstrated experience working directly with Year 7-12 students over an extended period (6+ months), with a track record of academic improvement.
  • Possess strong, working knowledge of the NSW secondary education system, including curriculum requirements, ATAR scaling, and university–career pathways.
  • Be confident in breaking down subject content, building tailored learning systems, and strategically designing the most efficient trajectory to meet each student’s goals.
  • Take a results-oriented approach, blending structure, behavioural insight, and strategic planning to help students reach their full potential.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • This position is offered on a contractor basis, so you’ll need to hold (or be willing to obtain) an ABN. As a contractor, you’ll have the freedom to set your own hours and will be generously rewarded for the expertise you bring to the role.

What's in it for you:

  • True flexibility – Work remotely and decide when you want to work.
  • Autonomy with purpose – Choose who you work with and how you deliver your value. Design a role around your lifestyle.
  • Premium project-based pay – Get rewarded generously for your expertise with competitive, high-value student rates.
  • Be part of a warm, values-driven team – We pride ourselves on trust, autonomy, and having each other’s backs.
  • Meaningful impact and outcomes – Be more than a tutor, become a strategist guiding students toward transformative growth.
  • Optional growth pathways – If you would like the opportunity, you would have access to shape and grow with the business!
