Get Ready To:
- Edit Engaging Content: Create both short- and long-form (DTC) videos for various paid advertising platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with CD’s & Media Buyers: Work closely with the marketing team to develop video content that authentically represents the brand and drives both views and conversions.
- Maintain Quality & Deadlines: Ensure all video content meets high-quality standards and deadlines. Your edits should be polished, engaging, and on-brand.
- Cohesive Visual Identity: Maintain a consistent visual style across all platforms, while also elevating production value for premium content.
- Optimize for Engagement: Use your expertise to strategically incorporate music, sound effects, and visuals to maximize viewer engagement and emotion.
We Expect You To Have:
- Video Editing Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing your video editing abilities, especially for social media and ads.
- Proficiency in Editing Software: Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant tools.
- Storytelling Skills: A deep understanding of visual storytelling, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that captivate audiences.
- Sound Design: Select and integrate music tracks that amplify the video’s impact. Expertise in sound design is a bonus.
- Performance Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with performance marketing strategies is a plus. Your edits should not just look good—they should convert.
- Creativity & Curiosity: Be fast, creative, and always eager to learn and try new things. Stay updated with the latest industry trends.
- Excellent Communication: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including media buyers and content creators, to achieve campaign goals.

Salary:
- Gross 1200-1800 EUR
