About kidsday

kidsday is an AI-powered childcare management platform that helps kindergartens, preschools, and daycare centers simplify administration, strengthen parent communication, and improve learning outcomes for children. We’re already used in multiple countries across Europe and are expanding our presence in Bulgaria.

To support our growth, we’re looking for a passionate and organized individual who can represent kidsday in Bulgaria by delivering online demos to potential childcare centers and assisting them with onboarding when they decide to join.

Your Role

You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable face of kidsday for Bulgarian childcare centers — guiding them through how our platform works and helping new centers get started smoothly. This is an on-call position — meaning you’ll be compensated for each demo or onboarding session you deliver.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled product demos (online or in person) for childcare centers in Bulgaria.
• Provide onboarding support to new centers, helping them set up their accounts, add staff, and start using the platform effectively.
• Communicate clearly with the kidsday HQ team about feedback and feature requests from Bulgarian users.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude in every interaction.
• Occasionally assist in translating short texts or FAQs to improve local communication (optional).

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in Bulgarian and English (both written and spoken).
• Comfortable with technology and online platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
• Experience in education, childcare, or software demos is a plus.
• Reliable internet connection and availability for calls upon request.
• Positive, professional attitude and genuine interest in early education.

Compensation

• Paid per demo or onboarding session (fixed rate to be agreed).
• Flexible schedule — you’ll be contacted whenever there’s a lead or onboarding opportunity in Bulgaria.
• Potential for increased involvement as our presence in Bulgaria grows.
