Role Description
We are looking for a Contract Remote Admissions Assistant to join our team at KOKOS (Australia).
The Admissions Assistant will support our operations by providing:
- Administrative assistance to counselors
- Admission and document processing support
- Visa application assistance
- Document checks and reporting
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (excellent English – oral and written)
- Experience in administrative support roles
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience in student services or admissions is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely
