About the role

For our client, we are seeking a eDiscovery Project Manager - Cyber to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will manage client engagements from intake through closure, with a focus on cyber incident response and eDiscovery workflows. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, helping translate requirements into efficient project plans, timelines, and deliverables. The position also partners closely with external parties and internal stakeholders to support data transfers, reporting, and the successful execution of complex matters.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary client contact at the start of engagements
  • Facilitate data transfers between external parties and the organization
  • Lead kick-off calls and provide consultative guidance on cyber incident response
  • Interpret client requirements within eDiscovery and cyber incident response contexts
  • Manage client expectations regarding deliverables and timelines
  • Conduct project design meetings to develop efficient workflows for data mining
  • Advise on best practices for data identification and reduction methodologies
  • Perform data mining processes and deliver accurate reports to clients
  • Coordinate case closure and data destruction for completed projects
  • Stay current on advanced eDiscovery and cyber incident response technologies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in eDiscovery project management or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience as a project manager using Relativity
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience leading calls and meetings
  • Knowledge of the EDRM
  • Familiarity with media collections, processing, hosting, review support, and productions
  • Ability to manage a fluctuating caseload effectively
  • Experience with advanced eDiscovery tools such as Canopy or Technology Assisted Review is preferred
  • Previous experience in cyber incident response is a plus
