The Role

As an Introducing Broker at LAGFX, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of the business and the expansion of our global network. This is a fully commission-based, performance-driven role designed for entrepreneurial, motivated individuals who want to build a business within a business.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Source, qualify, and close prospective clients through outreach, networking, and content strategies.
• Client Acquisition: Guide prospects into our mentorship program and Forex trading ecosystem.
• Team Management: Oversee and mentor groups of clients, supporting them through their learning journey.
• Business Development: Collaborate with leadership to brainstorm and execute growth strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Mentorship: Help clients stay accountable, engaged, and progressing through the LAGFX Forex Development Program.
• Community Leadership: Manage and grow communities of traders within your network.

Compensation

This role is 100% commission-based with no fixed salary. Your income is directly tied to your performance — the harder and smarter you work, the more you earn.
