UX/UI Designer – Build the Future of Talent with AI

Now we’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to help design the first version of Landy.

What You’ll Do

As a UX/UI Designer at Landy, you’ll join at the earliest and most formative stage of the company. You’ll have real ownership over how the product feels, works, and evolves.

You will:

• Design end-to-end user experiences across our AI-driven platform

• Translate complex ideas like Brand DNA, career narratives, and AI insights into intuitive, elegant interfaces

• Help define Landy’s design system, interaction patterns, and visual language

• Collaborate closely with the founder to prototype, test, and iterate quickly

• Shape how users experience trust, clarity, and confidence through design

• Help build an MVP that balances speed, usability, and depth

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building things from the ground up.

You are:

• A UX/UI designer with strong product thinking

• Comfortable working in early-stage, fast-moving environments

• Curious, proactive, and excited by ambiguity

• Passionate about human-centered design

• Energised by AI-powered products and storytelling

• A builder who learns quickly and iterates fast

Bonus Experience (Not Required)

• Designing MVPs or products from scratch

• UX research, usability testing, and user interviews

• Experience in AI, HR tech, or career platforms

• Strong systems thinking and design documentation

Early Stage Note

Landy is currently in its pre-seed stage, building the first version of the platform before raising external funding. At this moment, no one on the team is earning a salary yet — we’re all investing our time to bring the product to life and prove the concept. Because of this, the role starts as a flexible, part-time collaboration alongside your current role. We’re looking for a designer who enjoys the idea of helping shape an ambitious product during its earliest phase. Think of it as a design adventure on the side — the opportunity to design an AI product from the ground up and have real influence on how it works and feels.

If the collaboration works well and Landy grows as expected, the goal is to turn this into a full-time paid role once funding is secured.
