We’re a small but mighty team that values creativity, precision, and results. Now, we’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join us in crafting standout email experiences for our clients.
The Role
As our Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for designing and building engaging email templates inside Klaviyo. You’ll translate strategy and copy into visually compelling designs that adhere to eCommerce email best practices—balancing creativity with functionality to drive performance.
You’ll collaborate closely with our team to bring email campaigns and automated flows to life, ensuring every design aligns with each client’s brand identity and resonates with their audience.
What You’ll Do
- Design visually compelling emails that follow eCommerce and email marketing best practices.
- Build emails directly in the Klaviyo drag-and-drop builder (no hard-coded HTML).
- Collaborate with our strategists and copywriters to produce email campaigns and flows.
- Ensure designs are on-brand, mobile-optimized, and conversion-focused.
- Handle light copywriting and refinement (AI tools like ChatGPT can be used to assist).
- Deliver work on time while maintaining excellent communication with the team.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with Klaviyo (designing and building emails directly in the platform).
- Proficiency in Figma and strong design fundamentals.
- A keen understanding of graphic design best practices for email marketing, including readability, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
- Excellent eye for detail, typography, spacing, and balance.
- Strong time management and organizational skills—you thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Clear, professional communication skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Prior experience working with boutique agencies or eCommerce brands.
- Familiarity with conversion-driven design principles (CRO mindset).
- Ability to optimize for brand voice when handling light copywriting.
Requirements
- Availability for at least 20 hours per week, within our working hours of 9am–5pm CST.
- Reliable, communicative, and professional.
- Portfolio showcasing email design experience (must include Klaviyo work).
