The Role

We’re looking for a driven Sales / Business Development Manager to take ownership of closing deals and building long-term client relationships. This role is 100% commission-based, ideal for a confident closer who wants uncapped earning potential and flexibility.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager and leadership team to convert inbound leads, pursue outbound opportunities, and develop strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities__Sales & Revenue

  • Qualify and close inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns
  • Proactively source and pursue outbound sales opportunities
  • Conduct discovery calls and client needs assessments
  • Present proposals, pricing, and solutions confidently
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals

Business Development

  • Identify and build strategic partnerships (agencies, accountants, coaches, etc.)
  • Expand existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling
  • Develop referral and affiliate relationships

Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline tracking
  • Forecast revenue and report on performance
  • Follow up consistently to move deals to close

Commission Structure

  • Commission: XX–XX% per closed deal (to be confirmed)
  • Uncapped earnings
  • Paid per successful client onboarding / first payment
  • Recurring commission potential for retained clients (optional)

What We’re Looking For__Essential

  • Proven experience in sales or business development (B2B preferred)
  • Strong closing skills and confidence on calls
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely

Desirable

  • Experience selling digital services, tech, or marketing solutions
  • Existing network of business owners or decision-makers
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
  • UK market experience
