Role Description

This is an independent contract remote role for a Success Consultant. You will be responsible for providing career and student mentoring, offering exceptional customer service initially in a discovery call. Daily tasks include communicating with clients to understand their goals, developing strategies to help them achieve success, and providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure their continued progress.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Mentoring and Career Guidance
• Background in Education of benefit
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with online business models and remote working is a plus
