Lost Media is a fast-growing global talent agency. We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to help shape and grow the online presence of the talent we represent.

This role is for someone who understands social culture, brand voice, and audience psychology. You should know what makes content resonate and how to translate personality into consistent output across platforms.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Understand and refine each talent’s brand voice
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms
• Manage communities and engage audiences in the right tone
• Maintain quality control across all posts
• Bring forward strong content ideas aligned with growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep content consistent

• Ability to pioneer and set new trends on social media
• Excellent judgement around voice and positioning
