Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Data Entry Remote Records Management Associate to support our records and information management operations. This role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, organizing, and maintaining digital records while ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Records Processing

Accurately input, update, and maintain data within company databases and records management systems

Review documents and submissions for accuracy, completeness, and proper classification

Index, categorize, and archive digital files according to established procedures

Perform routine audits to ensure record accuracy and data integrity

Process incoming records and documentation within designated timelines
Records Management & Organization

Maintain structured electronic filing systems and retention schedules

Ensure proper version control and document tracking

Assist in implementing and maintaining records management policies

Monitor records lifecycle processes including storage, retrieval, and secure disposal

Support document retrieval requests from internal teams
Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure adherence to data privacy standards and company confidentiality policies

Follow regulatory and internal guidelines for document handling and retention

Identify discrepancies and escalate compliance concerns when necessary

Support quality control initiatives by maintaining high accuracy benchmarks
Administrative Support

Prepare reports and logs related to records processing activities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent documentation standards

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)

1–3 years of experience in data entry, records management, or administrative support

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace

Excellent typing skills with high accuracy
