Role Description This is a remote, part-time role for an App Developer / Software Engineer. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our next-generation property management platform. The role includes transforming existing spreadsheet workflows into an interactive app with user login portals, maintenance request tracking, AI analytics, and integrated task management tools. You’ll collaborate directly with leadership through weekly video check-ins and contribute to shaping a real-world platform that improves property operations across the U.S. Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science or Software Engineering Experience in Web or App Development (Front-end and/or Back-end) Proficiency in modern frameworks (React, Flutter, Node.js, Python, or Firebase) Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and software architecture Familiarity with AI integration, APIs, or automation is a plus Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote, self-driven environment Students or recent graduates with exceptional academic performance are encouraged to apply.
