Join Our Team as a Junior BI Developer!

As a BI Developer, you’ll support the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) function by driving data-driven decision-making by designing innovative dashboards, automating reporting processes, and standardizing team procedures.

You are going to be supported by an experienced team, therefore we are looking for a team player, able to cooperate with the team, so we all follow the same quality standards and can build coherent solutions.

Your Role:

· Partner with Recruitment Teams to provide business reporting and analytic insights that support SLA and KPI measurements, productivity, and growth.

· Delivering BI solutions according to quality standards (Power BI, Power Query)

· Work with Implementations on new program development and ensure initial deliverables are completed on time for assigned regions.

· Accountable for the on-time delivery, accuracy, and relevance of the reports/insights delivered to the supported teams.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

· Experience with MS Power BI, Excel, Power Query

· Experience in reporting or BI/Data roles.

· Attention to detail, high accuracy.

· English communication skills for stakeholder interaction.

· Team-player

Nice to have:

· Working experience with Microsoft Power Platform (MS Power App, Power Automate), SharePoint

· Working experience with SQL language and database models understanding.

· Domain knowledge: HR data

· An experience in a multinational work environment

· Business analyst experience
