In this role, you will assist clients in Spanish, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to financial products and services via phone, email, and chat in Spanish
• Provide information on account management, loan processes, investment options, and financial advice
• Assist customers with account setups, troubleshooting issues, and service-related queries
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping purposes
• Collaborate with financial advisors and other departments to effectively resolve customer issues
• Stay updated on financial industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate information

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous
• Prior experience in customer service, especially within the finance or banking industry, is preferred
