In this position, you will engage with customers in Portuguese, helping them navigate their shopping experiences and ensuring their satisfaction with our fashion offerings. Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, products, delivery, and return processes via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese
• Provide detailed information about fashion products, including sizing, styles, and availability
• Resolve any issues related to orders, including cancellations and exchanges, in a timely manner
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Stay updated on fashion trends and website promotions to provide informed assistance to customers

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus
• Experience in customer service, especially in the fashion or e-commerce sector, is preferred
• Strong communication skills and a keen interest in fashion retail
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple inquiries effectively
