We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about helping others and providing support to patients and healthcare professionals. In this role, you will assist with inquiries related to healthcare services and ensure that clients receive the highest quality of care through effective communication in Portuguese. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries concerning healthcare services, insurance, and patient care via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese
• Provide support for appointment scheduling, treatment information, and healthcare guidance
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience
• Accurately document each customer interaction in the CRM system for future reference
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to enhance service delivery
• Stay updated on healthcare protocols and policy changes to provide accurate information

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both oral and written) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in the healthcare sector, is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a compassionate and patient-focused approach
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care
• Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
