About Our Client A growing FMCG business with international links. Job Description Financial Management & Reporting

• Assist in the preparation of consolidated monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations, inventory management, and standard costing.
• Stock reconciliation, and accounts payable/receivable processes.
• Oversee daily cash flow, payment approvals, and collaborate with external tax advisors to ensure compliance.
• Provide support for external audits and maintain the Fixed Asset Register.
• Handle reconciliations for BAS, WET, bank accounts, and expense management systems.

Budget Management

• Coordinate and develop budgets for multiple operations.
• Deliver monthly variance analysis with detailed commentary on budget performance.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

General Responsibilities

• Promote and uphold the organisation's core values and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with HR, quality, and operational policies and procedures.
• Represent the company at events as a host, following company guidelines.
• Complete performance development reviews and undertake other tasks as required.

Measurable Outcomes

• Deliver all financial reports accurately and on time.
• Provide prompt and precise responses to stakeholder queries.
• Meet audit deadlines and ensure error-free, timely tax compliance submissions.

Notable Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in business or accounting.
• Membership in a professional accounting body (CA or CPA) or currently working toward certification.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, with excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
