As we are preparing to launch our groundbreaking technology, we’re seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support and implement the human resources strategy across the gaming team.
Role Overview
The HRBP-M2E role is responsible for supporting and implementing all corporate human resources policies, procedures and practices, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, training & development, compliance, offboarding and acting as a human resources business partner to leadership. This position reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Hiring: Supports the recruitment life cycle for M2E by guiding hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Includes posting new positions and providing recommendations for hiring.
- Employee Relations: In partnership with Senior leadership address concerns, resolving conflicts and maintaining a positive work environment for M2E.
- Compliance: Ensures HR practices and SOPs are in alignment with corporate procedures and compliant with all relevant labor laws and regulations for M2E.
- Onboarding, Training and Development: Develop and implement human resources training programs for M2E to ensure compliance with all corporate processes. Develop and deliver a comprehensive Onboarding program for M2E.
- Offboarding: Supports corporate procedures, policies and practices related to Consultants for voluntary and involuntary Consultant exits for M2E.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs for M2E, ensuring compliance and alignment with corporate procedures.
- Performance Management: Support corporate M2E performance management processes, including performance evaluations and feedback.
- Strategic Partnership: Work with M2E leadership to align with corporate HR procedures, practices with business objectives.
- Data Analysis: Analyze M2E HR data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of programs, and make data-driven decisions.
What We’re Looking For - Required Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably with a gaming environment.
- Education/Training: Bachelor degree in HR/Business Administration or similar, Certification in human resources disciplines a plus
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
- Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, Canva, Workday or related and other HR/Payroll/ERP applications
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve complex HR issues.
