MoonshotNX is a global platform that helps startup founders prepare their companies for professional investment. The platform provides founders with structured capital readiness tools, investor preparation frameworks, and access to the broader global capital ecosystem including angels, family offices, corporate investors and venture investors.
We are expanding our founder onboarding team and are looking for a Founder Growth Manager whose sole focus is bringing new founders onto the MoonshotNX platform.
This role is purely focused on sales and founder acquisition. It does not include team management, internal training, or operational responsibilities.
Role Overview
You will work directly with startup founders who are exploring how to prepare their companies for professional investment.
Your role is to explain the MoonshotNX platform, guide founders through the membership offering, and convert interested founders into paying platform members.
This position is ideal for someone comfortable operating in a high-volume sales environment with recurring subscription revenue.
Responsibilities
• Speak with startup founders exploring investment readiness
• Explain the MoonshotNX platform and founder membership
• Convert qualified founders into paying subscriptions
• Maintain consistent outreach and follow-ups with founders
• Manage your own pipeline of founder leads
• Achieve monthly founder onboarding targets
Sales Targets
The typical performance target is 20 founder subscriptions per month.
Sales professionals who consistently reach this level of performance build a strong and growing commission income.
Compensation
MoonshotNX offers an attractive commission structure with strong earning potential for proven performers.
Sales professionals hitting the monthly target of 20 founder subscriptions can typically earn approximately $6,000+ in commission in a single month, depending on the mix of annual and monthly subscriptions.
The role begins with a commission-based period during the first three months, allowing candidates to demonstrate sales performance and pipeline capability.
After this initial period, top performers may be offered a base salary alongside ongoing commission.
Ideal Candidate
• Proven experience in sales or business development
• Comfortable speaking with startup founders and entrepreneurs
• Confident closing subscription sales
• Strong follow-up and pipeline discipline
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Experience working with startups or founder ecosystems is helpful but not required.
