Business Development Executive

Service Sales

Location: Home-based, covering all of Ireland

Salary: €56,815 + 20% Bonus + Car Allowance or Company Car

Our client is a world-leading distributor of Kanban systems, nuts, bolts, fasteners, wires, and cables serving the manufacturing and engineering sectors. With a reputation for innovation, quality, and customer partnership, they are expanding their Irish sales team and seeking a talented Business Development Executive to drive growth and strengthen relationships across Ireland.

The Role:

  • As Business Development Executive, you’ll be responsible for:Developing and expanding new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector.
  • Promoting the company’s full range of products and Kanban supply solutions to existing and potential customers.
  • Managing and growing key accounts through regular contact, site visits, and solution-based selling.
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Reporting to the Sales Manager and contributing to regional and global sales growth targets.

**What We’re Looking For:**Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within a service based environment ie- Recruitment or FM services. Full training will be provided.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Full driving licence and ability to travel throughout Ireland.
