Role Description This is a part-time, remote Junior/Medior Sales role. In this position, you will generate and qualify leads, conduct outbound prospecting, and follow up on inbound inquiries from businesses in sectors such as hospitality, offices, and healthcare. You will schedule and host online meetings or calls with prospective clients to understand their needs and present Muralinko’s UV wall printing solutions. On a day-to-day basis, you will prepare and send commercial offers, maintain accurate data in the CRM, and coordinate with the design and operations teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to project execution. You will also support account management by nurturing existing client relationships, gathering feedback, and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities, while contributing ideas to improve sales processes and materials.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, understand client needs, and build long-term relationships.
- Proven Sales experience (inside sales, business development, or similar), with the ability to manage a pipeline and close deals.
- Comfort working in a remote, part-time environment with good self-organization, time management, and follow-up discipline.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles; experience in design, printing, interiors, or related industries is an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and online communication platforms (email, video conferencing, chat).
- Professional working proficiency in French ; knowledge of English and/or Dutch is a strong plus for serving clients in Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Motivated, curious, and eager to learn, with a collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and coaching.
