Exciting Opportunity for French Speakers – Remote Customer Service in Portugal Are you a fluent French speaker looking for an international opportunity? We are hiring French Customer Service Representatives to join a diverse team supporting a global client. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment while enhancing your customer service skills. Important: This position is remote within mainland Portugal, excluding the islands. You can work comfortably from home, but only if you reside in Portugal – working from abroad is not allowed. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience. Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when needed.
