Why we want to sell the company

The company was originally started so my wife would have something of her own to build if she did not find a job in Denmark within her field. Since then, she has secured a very good job in her area of expertise and wants to focus on that. I built the backend and the product itself, but I do not find tourism interesting enough to continue pursuing the company on my own. Even so, we believe the product is strong and has real potential in the hands of the right buyer.

About the role

We are looking for someone with strong sales or business development skills to help find the right buyer for the company and its IP. We believe the product could be especially valuable for someone who already has an audience or platform, such as a blogger, travel creator, media company, or travel brand, and who could promote it directly and take it further.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential buyers who could benefit from the product
  • Reach out to relevant people or companies and start conversations
  • Present the value of the company and its IP clearly
  • Support the process of turning serious interest into a sale

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, outreach, business development, or partnerships
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable reaching out to founders, creators, brands, or companies
  • Able to identify strong buyer fits
  • Interest in startups, digital products, or online businesses

Compensation

Compensation is 10 percent of the final sale amount after tax and related costs. Minimum acceptable sale is 200,000 DKK.
